• Contact property owners about potential real estate offers;

• Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about a possible transaction;

Text messaging (SMS/MMS) program
If you provide your phone number through our inquiry form or communicate with us by text, the following applies:

• Consent & purpose. We send one-to-one, conversational text messages to individuals who have provided their number and consent, regarding the potential purchase of their property.

• No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

• Message frequency varies based on our conversation with you.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

• Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may share information only:

Do Not Call / opt-out
You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us during a call, or emailing support@archrelief.org. We honor opt-out and do-not-call requests promptly.
